Position Overview
We are seeking a Content Capture Specialist to help storyboard, capture and edit content capture efforts for use in Corteva and Pioneer commercial marketing campaigns. This role ensures that marketing campaigns are supported with high-quality photos, videos, testimonials, and stories from the field. The specialist will work closely with our content and social teams, creative teams, and field team members to gather authentic content that fuels digital storytelling, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
Content Planning & Coordination
Partner with content and social teams to understand campaign goals, identify content needs and create shot lists.
Work with Content Coordinator to manage content capture calendar aligned with campaign timelines and product launches.
Content Capture Execution
Coordinate and conduct photo, video, and audio capture sessions in the field or virtually. If not able to attend, train and prep marketing team or field team member who can.
Collaborate with stakeholders (sales teams, customers, partners) to source authentic stories and testimonials.
Ensure consistent quality, branding, and messaging across all captured assets.
Content Management
Organize, tag, and archive captured assets for easy retrieval and future use.
Provide basic editing and formatting of raw content before handing off to design/creative teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with digital, creative, and social media teams to deliver content for web, social, and paid media campaigns.
Support internal communications by supplying relevant content for newsletters, presentations, and training materials.
Optimization & Reporting
Track content capture efforts and usage across campaigns.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve future content capture strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, digital media, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Basic photo/video capture and editing skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and engaging with customers/partners in the field.
Preferred Skills
Experience with digital asset management systems (DAM) or content libraries.
Familiarity with project management platforms
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
Ability to travel occasionally for field-based content capture.
