The Fort Worth internship is a full-time internship located at the headquarters office in Fort Worth. TSCRA will encourage students to experience a wide range of work and departments, to network with industry leaders and gain access to the agriculture industry as a whole.
General Responsibilities
Students will work with several departments including communications, education, events and membership.
Students will assist staff in the planning and preparation for the 2025 Cattle Raisers Convention & Expo including working with vendors, speakers, on-site interns, meeting coordination and more.
Students will be asked to attend industry trade show events, bull sales, field days and more on behalf of TSCRA.
Students will be asked to perform a multitude of generic office tasks such as data entry, mailings, filings and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications / Specifics
Must be a college student at an accredited university.
Minimum 3.0 GPA recommended.
Be available mid-January to mid-May, with flexibility on school schedule and online classes.
Willing to relocate and live in Fort Worth, during the duration of internship.
Agricultural industry experience preferred but not required.
