As the first ever energy drink to serve the Western Industry with a clean, effective formula - we are confident that Ranch Fuel will become a staple in the lives of cowboys and cowgirls everywhere! We are looking to hire a person with a passion for all things western and an expertise in social media to fill the role of Social Media Manager at Ranch Fuel. As a new brand to hit the market in 2024, strong social media platforms are essential. The Social Media Manager will work to build and maintain a strong presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other prevalent platforms. The ideal candidate should have a social media background and passion for the western industry! Candidates should be highly creative, have confidence, initiative, a substantial work ethic, along with strong verbal and written skills. This role includes opportunity for growth as Ranch Fuel grows. The Social Media Manager will report to the Marketing Director and will fulfill any and all duties relating to the social media strategy, campaigns and initiatives for Ranch Fuel. To be successful in this role you should be comfortable wearing many hats. Some duties may include, but are not limited to the below.
Duties
Work to help develop social media campaigns
Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
Help develop, gather and organize content
Update social media content across all channels
Engage with customers and followers
Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
Keep an eye on social media trends
Communicate effectively to all Ranch Fuel Team Members
Skills and Qualifications
Two years experience as a social media manager or a similar role
Experience in creating and executing social media strategies
Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc.
Highly professional and committed to the western industry
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
Availability to travel and work late nights/weekends as needed
Efficient time management and organizational skills, attention to detail
Flexible personality and desire to work as part of a team
Ability to stay calm when working under deadlines and/or pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field
Prior experience in the Western Industry
Creative with experience in Canva and/or Photoshop
