Location: NRS Ranch, Decatur Texas (Remote will not be considered)

Reports To: Digital Advertising Manager
Compensation: 19.23
Requirements:
Possible weekend and event work
Experience creating trending Tik-Tok’s
Responsibilities:
Understand and embrace the NRS brand and guidelines
Ability to work in and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with video and photo team to create needed and new content
Work with Digital Advertising Manager to define and meet social media KPI’s
Monitoring all social media channels, messages, and comments
Experience using Bitly, linktree, Youtube, Reelz, and other key integrations
Create new ways to connect and engage with customers
Define and execute strategies to promote all NRS locations and social media
Keep knowledge of NRS arena and store events and push, when necessary, on all appropriate channels
Create and Communication a social media calendar and plan to all marketing team members
Organizing NRS’ Youtube channel
Experience creating Tik-Tok’s using trending (appropriate) sounds and videos
Candidate Requirements:
Responsible self-starter able to manage their time efficiently
Experience in working in Meta, Reelz, YouTube, Bitly, Linktree, etc.
Excellent ability to work and collaborate with a team
Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn other marketing channels
Ability to overly communicate with Digital Advertising Manager and other required team members
Receptivity to feedback and desire to grow as an individual and team member
Preferred Experience or Skills: Experience in or around any aspect of the western lifestyle and knowledge of various tack and western products
