Justin Brands, Inc., with a proud 147-year legacy of crafting iconic western and work footwear, is seeking a creative, culturally attuned, and strategically minded Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a digital storyteller who understands how to blend heritage with modern relevance — someone who can translate our rich American legacy into compelling, scroll-stopping content that resonates across generations.
As our Social Media Manager, you will be the daily voice of our brands across organic social platforms and play a key role in elevating our influencer marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure that every post, comment, and campaign reflects the authenticity, craftsmanship, and lifestyle that define Justin, Tony Lama, Chippewa, and Nocona.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media — someone who instinctively understands trends before they peak, values community engagement as much as content creation, and brings fresh ideas that push our brands forward while honoring our roots.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the daily steward of Justin Brands’ organic social presence, scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Own and actively manage the social media content calendar, adapting quickly to campaign priorities, product launches, cultural moments, and performance insights
Lead community management across all platforms, responding thoughtfully and promptly to comments, messages, tagged content, and customer inquiries to deliver best-in-class digital customer service
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Managers to brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand campaigns and business goals
Identify and leverage emerging trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep our brands relevant and engaging
Support influencer marketing initiatives by assisting with coordination, content collaboration, and amplification strategies
Contribute compelling, on-brand social copy that captures our voice while driving engagement and conversion
Monitor analytics dashboards and competitive landscape insights, translating data into actionable recommendations that optimize performance
Track, measure, and report on KPIs across platforms, delivering clear monthly and campaign recaps that inform strategy
Coordinate social media contests, giveaways, and collaborative campaigns with internal teams and external partners
Who You Are:
A digitally native marketer with 2-4 years of experience in social media management and online community engagement
A strong communicator and natural storyteller with polished copywriting skills and a deep understanding of tone and brand voice
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to balance multiple campaigns and deadlines with precision
Creative yet analytical — equally comfortable brainstorming content ideas and interpreting performance metrics
Proactive and adaptable, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
Skilled in basic photo and video editing, with an eye for visual storytelling
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values cross-functional partnership
