Compensation: Percentage-based commission on every sale, plus additional perks

As AGRIMINDS®️ continues to transform how agriculture professionals approach balance and growth, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team and focus on strengthening partnerships with agriculture organizations, associations, and cooperatives. This part-time role is an incredible opportunity to build relationships, develop leadership skills, and grow professionally while working in a flexible capacity.


In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of building meaningful partnerships that empower agriculture professionals across the industry. Not only will you contribute to the success of AGRIMINDS®️, but the skills and leadership experience you gain can also be applied to other roles, making this a win-win opportunity for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate collaborative relationships with agriculture organizations, associations, cooperatives, and businesses to expand the reach of AGRIMINDS®️.

  • Industry Representation: Represent AGRIMINDS®️ at industry events, networking meetings, and conferences, promoting its mission and value to key stakeholders.

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen AGRIMINDS®️ partnerships, creating new opportunities for growth.

  • Consultative Collaboration: Understand organizational challenges and demonstrate how AGRIMINDS®️ can provide tailored solutions to their members.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the founder to align partnership strategies with overall company goals.

  • Lead Generation: Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic partnerships and outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Relationship Builder: Proven experience in developing and nurturing partnerships within the agriculture industry.

  • Industry Connections: Established network with agriculture associations, cooperatives, and businesses.

  • Sales-Driven: Ability to identify opportunities, pitch ideas, and close deals.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly convey AGRIMINDS®️’ mission and value.

  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative to achieve results.

  • Agriculture Background (Preferred): Understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by agriculture professionals to connect authentically with potential partners.
