Office Manager - Premium Beef Genetics

Position: Office Manager

Premium Beef Genetics is a beef semen sales company based out of Perkins, OK. Providing a wide range of beef bulls of all breeds to enhance Oklahoma cattle herds and shipping semen and embryos throughout the United States and internationally. We provide all necessary Artificial Insemination equipment and offer AI services, traveling all over the state during breeding season. 

Office Manager for Premium Beef Genetics will handle:

• Answering the phone, taking orders and payments, creating invoices + packing slips/UPS labels. 

• Keep track of quarterly sales and inventory.

• Pack shipments when needed. 

Preferable Skills: 

• A background in the cattle industry is preferred but not required

• Previous experience working in an office is preferred

• Knowledge of Quickbooks 

• UPS Worldship is used daily
