Marketing Manager - Sidwell Strategies

Full-Time • Enid, OK

Primary Responsibilities:

• Individually responsible for overseeing and managing company social media accounts: Enid Brewing Company, Chisholm Trail Milling, Sidwell Strategies, Enterprise Grain Company, 81 Feed and Seed, Sidwell Distribution, and Sidwell Farms.

• Create meaningful, consistent content on all social media platforms - included editing and writing all social media posts, promoting campaigns, and improving customer engagement and foot traffic.

• Ensure all brand standards are met and all information is updated across all digital platforms including websites, graphic design, and social media.

• Manage and book promotional events specific to the brands including trade shows, expos, and summits to increase awareness, foot traffic and sales.

• Simultaneously work on multiple projects and help manage content assignments across different media accounts.

• Conceptualize product-specific, visually pleasing content that maximizes consumer interest and compliments the marketing strategy.

• Conduct weekly team meetings to brainstorm and suggest new and efficient ways to improve consumer traffic while keeping up with trends.

• Ensure consistency throughout the multiple brands, many of which complimented each other.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating marketing content and promotional material.

• Experience managing social media accounts in a professional and consistent manner.

• Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with ability to influence decision making.

• Leadership skills and experience.
