Join Our Team – Student Marketing Intern

 We’re looking for a creative, driven student ready to build marketing skills while making an impact. If you enjoy storytelling, collaboration, and leadership, this opportunity is for you!


Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation & Marketing – Support the development of promotional materials, create social media content, and assist with digital and print campaigns.

  2. Collaboration & Leadership –Report to HLI Assistant Directors, attend weekly meetings to discuss content needs and approval. Work closely with HLI Coordinators and University Brand Management team to ensure content aligns with university marketing standards, contributing to strategy, branding, and institute initiatives.

  3. Event Promotion & Support – Assist in marketing programs and events, manage outreach, and capture media during events for promotional use.

  4. Research & Analytics – Monitor engagement, analyze campaign effectiveness, and research best practices in marketing and leadership.

  5. Brand Alignment & University Partnership – Ensure branding consistency, collaborate with Brand Management, and support streamlined marketing processes.


Qualifications:

  • Current Student – Enrolled undergrad student in good academic standing (marketing, communications, business, graphic design, or leadership majors preferred).

  • Content Creator – Experience or coursework in social media, design, writing, or digital marketing. Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite skills are a plus!

  • Team Player & Leader – Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently and with teams.

  • Detail-Oriented & Organized – Manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain brand consistency.

  • Adaptable & Proactive – Willingness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative space
