Job Purpose

Intern Program Overview: We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Through competitive wages, networking events, social and volunteer activities, professional development workshops, and housing support, we strive to deliver one of the best internship experiences—designed to develop and inspire the talent of tomorrow. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.


The Global Case IH Brand Communications team is responsible for maintaining the integrity and voice of the Case IH brand across the world. We lead the development of messaging and storytelling strategies that support global product launches, campaigns, and internal initiatives. Our team collaborates closely with regional marketing teams, creative partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and impactful communications across digital, print, earned, owned, and internal channels.


As an intern, you’ll support key projects that help bring the Case IH brand to life, from new product introductions to creating branded content, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally connected team environment.


Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:


  • Assisting in the development of global brand communication materials, including brand storytelling and product launch content

  • Supporting internal and external communications across multiple channels

  • Collaborating with regional brand teams to align messaging, content, and collateral

  • Contributing to digital brand execution by supporting updates to websites, planning social media content, and organizing digital assets


Experience Required

  • Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree

  • Academic Majors Accepted: Ag Business, Ag Marketing, Ag Communications, Public Relations, Brand Management, Marketing Communications
