Position Details:
This 1/2 time position (up to 20 hours per week) is located in Stillwater, OK. Provides assistance to Extension specialists in staff development and online learning in their efforts to plan, conduct, and evaluate Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service educational programs.
Assist with development and/or reviews/edits of online learning modules · Assist with management of retiree lists, etc.
Prepare materials for trainings such as creating agendas, making copies, compiling notebooks, etc.
Assist with management of event registration.
Work with the Office of Communications and Marketing to implement marketing campaigns for online courses
Become proficient in specialized learning technology such as Canvas LMS and Articulate 360
Add accessibility features to online courses such as alt text and closed captioning
Assist with supporting online learning customers with enrollment and technology issues.

Position Qualifications:
Required:
High School/GED1 year of related work experience in an educational or related setting.
Valid OK Driver’s license. Reliable transportation for travel connected with official duties. Reimbursement for official travel.
Desire to pursue additional training and/or staff development.
Ability to learn and use a variety of technology tools and software.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
Excellent people and organizational skills; attention to detail.
Flexibility in task assignments and management.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with a team.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s or working toward a bachelor’s degree in Communications or Education
Event Management, Extension Education, Online Learning Course Development, Support Staff Administrative Skills
