Internship Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop & publish daily compelling content for all West River Strategies’ properties across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Engage with social media groups to enhance interaction and foster community growth.

    • Photos, Videos, Reels, Question Conversation Starters, Sharing of Website links, etc. Searching for new groups to share related content and growing page followings.

  • Distribution: Share content across multiple social media groups to encourage, increase following.

  • Audience Engagement: Proactively interact with audience comments and shares, initiating conversations and fostering engagement. Explore new groups and avenues to expand our reach and audience base.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Provide weekly reports on performance analytics across all Properties & Brands along with explanations of “Trends Increasing or Decreasing”.

  • Aggressive Continuous Improvement & Research: Discovering innovative ideas to share with the leaders of West River Strategies. Advise leaders on HOT topics or breaking news.

  • Continuous Improvement: Implement team decisions and focus with high accuracy to detail.


Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), etc. with ability to learn new programs quickly.

  • Experience with Canva Pro, Adobe Products: Audition/Photoshop, Live Stream sharing programs is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


This internship partnership West River Strategies offers' invaluable “Real-World'' experience in Agricultural communications, marketing, sales and research. This opportunity equips interns with essential skills to become effective leaders, understand target audience engagement and how to build a trusting community with tangible results.


Internship Details:

  • Not Attending this convention - NO WORRIES! Email resume and if chosen for an interview, will conduct via Zoom in mid-February.
