Position: Digital Media Assistant/Part – Time
Campus: Drumright
Primary Function: Support the organization by managing digital content, assisting with marketing materials, overseeing budget-related tasks, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsible To: Director, Communications and Marketing
Skills Required: Experienced in basic web up-dates and creating social media posts
using templates such as Adobe InDesign, comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, with strong organizational skills to manage promotional inventory and budget tasks. Attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to stay current with digital trends and platforms are essential for success in this role.
Experience Required: Minimum of five years of experience in digital content management, administrative support, or a related field.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in digital media, communications, or business administration preferred.
Starting Date: March 24, 2025
Terms of Employment: 12 month – Up to 20 hours a week
