We are looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns for both internal and client projects, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to the overall digital strategy. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
Responsibilities Include:
Campaign Execution and Management:
Design, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns for both in-house and client projects, covering a range of strategies including social media advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and targeted content distribution.
Develop and monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to align strategies with business objectives and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Analytics and Performance Optimization:
Analyze website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, engagement rates) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, summarizing campaign results and recommending areas for improvement.
SEO and Website Management:
Implement SEO strategies for better search visibility.
Manage and update content using CMS tools like WordPress.
Collaborate with digital teams for technical content implementation.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and technical specialists, to ensure cohesive project execution.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation in digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, content generation, social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Hubspot, social media management tools).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights for optimization.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
