Digital Content Manager - Indiana Farm Bureau

Indiana Farm Bureau is committed to protecting and enhancing the future of agriculture and our communities. The Digital Content Manager will join a strong marketing and communications team working to support this mission.


We are looking for someone who can:


  • Craft digital strategy and manage platforms: Oversee INFB’s online presence, including websites, social platforms, and app content. Collaborate with key stakeholders to create, update and manage dynamic content that engages members and aligns with organizational goals.


  • Produce and optimize multimedia content: Develop video content to highlight member stories, award winners, and organizational programs. We’ll pay for you to earn maintain drone certification so you can bring our content to new heights! 


  • Enhance member communication and engagement: Manage direct communication channels, including email and text platforms, to address member inquiries, share updates and provide valuable resources. Monitor performance metrics to refine outreach efforts. 


  • Collaborate strategically across teams: Act as a liaison with other departments and external partners to implement web updates, support product/program launches and manage IT relationship for web and app platforms.


  • Manage projects and deadlines: Strong project management skills, a collaborative work ethic and a commitment to the deadlines that help to ensure the success of our programs and initiatives. 


  • Write and communicate clearly and effectively: Create valuable, straightforward and engaging messaging. Think from the member perspective and ask good questions to help bring complex information into simple terms that drive understanding and engagement. 


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media/digital management

  • Basic photography, videography and graphic design skills (preferably using Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator and InDesign)

  • Drone certification a plus

  • Candidates with agriculture knowledge/interest are preferred

  • Ability to travel within Indiana to capture content and attend events, sometimes on evenings or weekends (with advance notice)
