Account Supervisor - Ten Acre Marketing

Full-Time • Remote


Job Objective: 

A strategic professional accountable for leading a dedicated account team, developing and growing a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth for the agency. Cross-collaborating with leadership, public relations, and creative teams, the Account Supervisor oversees a team of Account Managers and Account Coordinators, and is accountable for strategic, measurable, and innovative marketing plans and projects, delivered and executed on time and on budget. The Account Supervisor is responsible for identifying and securing new business activities with current and potential clients at all times. The Account Supervisor reports to the SVP serving on the director team to provide insights and recommendations regarding Ten Acre Marketing strategies to enable the organization to achieve its goals.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

CLIENT WORK - Client Satisfaction and Success

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to achieve client goals.

  • Oversee project scopes, budgets, and proposals, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget deliverables.

  • Assign clients to account manager/coordinator and provide support in day-to-day management.

  • Offer continual market insights and maintain senior-level client relationships.

  • Review all major deliverables to ensure they are best in class and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Review account billing, receivables, and financial performance.

  • Drive client growth and profitability.

  • Act as Account Manager when necessary.


TEN ACRE WORK - Provide direction, guidance, and support to the organization

  • Participate in director team responsibilities to provide insights and recommendations regarding Ten Acre Marketing strategies.

  • Support the professional development of account managers and coordinators.

  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for direct reports.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and escalate issues to the SVP as needed.

  • Maintain a strategic network to identify new business opportunities.

  • Lead efforts to streamline operations, improve profitability, and enhance client satisfaction.

  • Actively seeks new business opportunities and plays a leading role in their development.

  • Responsible for contributing to the overall revenue growth of the agency through new business development.


Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of agriculture, food, or agribusiness industry experience

  • Previous agency experience preferred

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team

  • Able to work responsibly remotely during traditional working hours

  • Ability and willingness to travel

  • Exceptional writing, presentation and communication skills

  • Customer service experience a plus

  • High attention to detail and strong time-management and organizational skills
