Student Prospective Services Coordinator – OSU College of Education and Human Sciences

Stillwater, OK • Full-Time • Bachelor’s Degree Required

Deliver academic and career advising services as well as transition guidance to prospective/incoming students and their families; design, deliver, and maintain programs/events/information options to interpret the undergraduate academic offerings of the College of Education and Human Sciences to students; co-facilitate COE Ambassadors leadership organization to enhance students' academic and professional preparation; develop and ensure delivery of appealing, accurate, effective, and timely communication and informational pieces to internal and external audiences; manage administrative functions related to prospective student services.


Travel is required as necessary and may include out-of-state or in-state travel. It may be necessary to attend events, meetings, and professional development conferences out of town. Work beyond 40 hours per week is typical. Working after 5:00 pm on weekdays is not unusual.


Must be capable of transporting equipment and materials used in college-wide activities and special events.
