This Individual Will: Create a multidisciplinary, forward-thinking communication and marketing strategy to support overall goal of enhancing the image and public service provided by the Transportation Cabinet (Oklahoma Department of Transportation, Oklahoma Turnpike Authority & Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission) in Oklahoma.
Develop an integrated approach in planning and executing this comprehensive strategy and reach defined objectives while keeping an eye on budget and spending.
Spearhead many new creative communications and marketing programs and systems to maximize opportunities and share services within multiple agencies in an out-of-the-box manner.
Lead the analysis of current customer base and segmentation in order to build targeted outreach, improved awareness that aligns with our strategic effort to modernize including appropriate advertising spend and appropriate digital and “live” marketing channels (web, social, Facebook, Google, Twitter, TV, Radio, other).
Ensure internal customers’ needs are met, partnering to provide excellent and aligned messaging.
