Under general supervision and in accordance with federal and state laws, rules and regulations of the State Board of Education, serve as a State Professional Development Grant (SPDG) Digital Content Specialist. The primary focus of this position is to enhance the work of the SPDG by providing administrative and technical support by managing digital platforms for stakeholder engagement.
Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Oversee digital learning platforms, social media platforms, and email communications with various stakeholders;
Develop digital media to communicate project activities and goals to a statewide audience;
Manage SPDG newsletter communications and OTISS project websites for accuracy;
Collaborate with SPDG consultants to plan and implement digital communication campaigns;
Manage online learning platform modules and author content into learning platforms;
Collect and distribute data from digital sources to support annual performance reporting of grant activities;
Provide other administrative support to SPDG team;
Other duties as assigned.
