Overview This position will work directly with the Content Marketing Manager on the development, execution and assessment of innovative, results-oriented marketing campaigns that leverage social media platforms. The Social Media Strategist works on successful, cutting-edge paid and organic online campaigns, leveraging social media strategies to meet broader client KPIs. This role collaborates closely with content, media, SEM, creative communications, the account team and project management to ensure client initiatives are integrated across the digital space in an efficient and holistic manner.
An ideal candidate is a committed social marketing tools power user with a solid understanding of how to drive consumer engagement in-line with business goals across multiple social spokes. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for strategy and planning, implementation and analysis. This role will lead day-to-day execution for high-visibility B2B and B2C brands, needing high attention to detail and creative problem-solving to take our clients to the next level. In addition to strategy and execution, this role will also manage junior social media team members in content creation, community management and reporting. This position is also responsible for managing social budgets totaling several hundred thousand dollars to achieve KPIs.
