About the role:
Do your friends hit you up for advice on where to eat? Do you follow everyone from up-and-coming foodies to Michelin-starred chefs? Do you know who's who and what’s what in health and wellness? Are you well-versed in food, wellness, and fashion culture on social media? If you’re still with us, you may be the perfect candidate for our social media internship. We’re looking for an intern to join our team and participate in bringing this Oishii brand to life through social media.
What You’ll Do:
Research businesses, brands, and partners that Oishii can collaborate with to create inspired social content and generate awareness.
Research and identify TikTok and Instagram influencers that are aligned with the Oishii brand.
Source and curate content that engages our community and contributes to our content creation from platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Keep us up to date on the ever-changing social landscape and what the algorithm favors.
Recommend best practices for social channels.
1-2 years of university, college, or art school.
Obsessed with all things Instagram and TikTok and pride yourself on “being in the know”.
Some familiarity with business communication tools like Slack and Google Suite.
Skills and Competencies:
Attention to detail.
Excellent research and social media writing skills.
Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Bonus if you have your own loyal following on any of these platforms.
Bonus if you have great copywriting/photography and editing skills. Candidates with these skills will have the option to take on additional paid project work hours.
