Salesforce Marketing Specialist – Zoetis Cattle Digital Marketing Team

Position Summary

The Salesforce Marketing Specialist will be a member of the Zoetis Cattle Digital Marketing Team responsible for developing and implementing targeted customer communications via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This person will work collaboratively across the Cattle marketing team to help design and execute marketing campaigns that leverage all tools available on our Salesforce platform. The salesforce marketing specialist will design customer journeys, execute campaigns, and provide reporting and analytics related to those campaigns.


You will be leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to generate, and score leads, nurture them with relevant content, evaluate the performance of individual campaigns and collaborate with agencies and other internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Create and execute ad-hoc and automated email marketing initiatives to include coding/dynamic content, segmentation, QA/proofreading/testing/editing,scheduling/deployment, and campaign analysis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Build email templates and successfully drive team adoption. Assist in the execution of testing and optimization strategies for continued performance improvement.

Work closely across the marketing team to provide input on best practices for email customer engagement

Partner with agency partners to ensure projects are completely properly and timely

Provide reporting and metrics related to all activity within SFMC

Leverage marketing technology and automate campaigns where possible while applying customization and personalization

Build an understanding around the target audience

Take a data-driven approach to marketing campaigns and prioritization of resources

Stay current on email marketing/digital marketing trends and best practices
