The National Ranching Heritage Center of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, is accepting applications for a Membership & Business Services Manager. The ideal candidate will love managing and mining databases, like to organize information and processes, is detail-oriented and has a heart for service.
The Membership and Business Services manager assists the Executive Director and the Director of Business Development and Marketing to execute the National Ranching Heritage Center Annual Plan and business processes. The Program Manager focuses on managing the Ranching Heritage Association membership management process and database, ensures that membership records are accurate and that membership renewals and communication is timely, accurate and meaningful. In addition, the Program Manager is the “chief scheduler” of the National Ranching Heritage Center and ensures the master calendar is updated, accurate and communicated to the appropriate shareholders and/or staff. The Program Manager works with the Director of Business Development and Marketing to provide outstanding stewardship and follow-up to established donors. Finally, the Program Manager assists with administrative duties, as needed by the NRHC staff, including coordinating travel, mailings, email deliveries and web site updates.
