Since 2018 Rantizo has been providing drone crop spraying systems and services that address both the field needs of farmers and the business needs of custom applicators, agribusinesses, and ag retailers. Rantizo is searching for a marketing communications enthusiast who enjoys content creation and aligning business goals to all marketing efforts. We’re looking for a marketer who is collaborative, resilient, and focused on delivering high performing content and marketing materials that showcase the Rantizo brand and the evolution of the agriculture drone industry.
Responsibilities
Write blogs, case studies, e-books, press releases, and company statements to support general marketing and sales support activities as well as internal resources.
Work with sales and operations staff to continuously gather customer feedback, testimonials and assets to be utilized in marketing and sales activities.
Support the Marketing Manager with the execution of campaigns on our digital platforms including website, social media, email, copy writing, and various types of ads.
Assist the Marketing Manager in coordinating events related to trade shows, recruiting, internal events projects, and demos. Identify event opportunities to increase the Rantizo brand in core markets.
Manage the company store which includes clothing and promotional programming. Ensure quality products are being offered to maintain the integrity of the Rantizo brand.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of digital, social media, print, advertising, and local campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
1-3 years’ experience in agriculture marketing communications or content marketing
Excellent written communications skills with an understanding of how to produce content that speaks to the needs of growers, ag retailers, and agripeneurs.
Working knowledge of various types of marketing projects and production processes: design, brochures, advertising (digital and print), social media and websites. Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress management
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy learning new skills
Bonus Skills
Knowledge of customer requirements, markets, and competitors in the agriculture sector.
Presents a strong agricultural background
