Marketing & Communications Intern - Aggieville Showdown

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a marketing and communications intern during our three-day national cattle show event in Manhattan, Kansas. The media intern will help assist with a variety of roles including, but not limited to: 

  • Capture photos through out the event 

  • Produce short video content 

  • Support our social media platforms with live event coverage 

  • Write human interest stories and press releases

  • Support reports and provide media relations assistance 

  • Assist with other key functions of the show such as set-up and tear down of event functions


Interns will need to be available from Friday, April 5 at 8 A.M. - Sunday, April 7 until 12 P.M. Housing and some meals will be provided, along with a stipend of $150. Learn from our industry-leading marketing and communications team and help us produce live event coverage of the only show in the country that has a Grand Drive in the center of a business and entertainment district.
