Integrated Marketing is responsible for many components of Norman Regional Health System’s strategic communications including public relations, advertising, internal communications, marketing and social media. The departments creates the voice, look and brand of Norman Regional Health System. Integrated Marketing is directly involved in the Inspire Health transformational plan to modernize healthcare in our community. This plan includes the expansion of the HealthPlex campus, the construction of a new freestanding Emergency Department and the revitalization of the Porter campus.

Responsible for the development and messaging of communication plans across the platforms of written and digital publications, web and social media. Assists in editor and coordinator duties for magazines and publications. Produces specialized collaterals of a complex nature for key stakeholders. Skilled in the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Corporate Communications, Strategy & Growth, service line leaders and senior leadership in media relations, internal communications and marketing of services. Overall customer service responsibilities to actively promote the Health System as the leading provider of clinical care and population health and wellness; serve as a champion for innovation, develop best practices and look for creative solutions to support department and Health System initiatives.
