This position is based out of Feeding America’s new office location in the heart of downtown Chicago. At Feeding America, we believe in offering a flexible work environment. Interns can be in the office an average of 2 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) and work from home on other days
Internship Duration
06/6/23 through 08/18/23 (11 weeks total - 40 hours per week)
Hourly Salary
$15 – Undergraduate Students
$16 – Students between Undergrad and Graduate school (starting Grad school in the Fall)
$17 – Graduate Students
Responsibilities
Work with teams across the Network Department to support the curation and organization of the Best Practices Library.
Curate example resources from food bank members and partner agencies that support the best practice toolkits.
Assist in deploying learning resources via the Learning Hub, Feeding America’s learning management system.
Support the rollout of new standard operating procedures across the Network Department pertaining to the management and updating of learning assets.
Co-design a process for extracting and using learner feedback and data from the Learning Hub to update and refine learning assets available to network members.
Support and participate in the facilitation of cross-functional learning agenda workshops that architect a 12- to 18-month calendar of learning activities, events and approaches.
Requirements
Experience in: learning and development, training, educational theory, learning design, assessment and evaluation, adult education, and/or human centered-design
Preferred Technology Skills: Articulate Rise, Qualtrics, learning technology experience
