Fremont, NE • Full-Time • Bachelor's Degree Required Corteva Agriscience is currently seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist supporting the Hoegemeyer Hybrids business. The Marketing Communications Specialist will oversee all current marketing communication strategies, as well as create and implement new ideas to build and maintain a strong, consistent brand throughout the western corn belt. The role requires a self-motivated, creative, and lifelong learner who seeks out strong relationships within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Build and enhance recognition of Hoegemeyer’s overall brand, products and services by working closely with leadership and key stake holders to define, implement, and manage the marketing communication plan for optimal performance and results.
Lead planning, creating and timely execution of targeted internal and external communication materials and media relations, including: advertising, digital, social, video and staying connected with regional industry relations.
Partner closely with marketing agency to develop overall marketing communication strategies and campaigns focused on targeted business growth and awareness.
Manage and review yearly marketing budget that delivers brand results. Manage dealer cost-share program to maximize investment and branding.
Provide direction and support on distribution of all marketing assets, tradeshow and sales materials that meet the needs of the business and sales team.
Lead public relations efforts, including development of press releases, media pitches and monitoring.
Oversee digital strategies (website, video, social) working with staff to make the best use of the platforms and ensure accurate branding.
Lead sales event and tradeshow presence from planning to execution; proven project management skills (vendor/hotel sourcing, negotiating, budgeting, onsite experiences, presentation materials).
Monitor marketing analytics and metrics to drive intended outcomes or pivot campaigns as needed.
Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in all content. Understand proper use and monitoring of all trademark guidelines, including third party agreements, legal guidelines, company advertising standards, logo usage, and product marketing guidelines.
Requirements – What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or a similar field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications. Experience with the agricultural industry a plus.
Strong knowledge across integrated marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing
Must have exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
Highly collaborative team player willing to jump in to support others on the team.
Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and creatively solve problems.
Highly organized with high attention to details and natural ability to take initiative, self-motivated, and comfort managing multiple concurrent assignments with shifting priorities.
Have the ability to think and work independently and see initiatives through from inception to execution.
Occasionally travel within region and to attend company/industry functions as required
