Fire Protection Publications is a mission-driven, values-based organization dedicated to the production of high-quality educational content for the international community of firefighters and first responders.
Produce/develop illustrations, publications, catalogs, educational, advertising, and survey materials using computer-aided design. Maintain quality control procedures. Advise editorial and other FPP staff on most effective ways to visually communicate stated objectives. Assist in establishing and maintaining production schedules and in tracking projects in progress. Assure accuracy and quality of all materials prior to publications. Develops, utilizes, and maintains an extensive art library.
Associates degree in Art, graphic design, or related field. Two years of applicable post-secondary education in art, graphic design, or related field with two years work related experience in computer illustration, electronic publishing, commercial art, or publications design.
