PRCA is looking for a progressive, creative thinker who can focus on developing and administering marketing efforts to drive brand consistency and recognition across all levels of PRCA competition and membership, as well as communicate brand mission/vision and values. Create brand graphics and imagery to support digital and print media efforts.

Create visual marketing materials, website graphics, print, outdoor and experiential creative for a diverse set of clients and rodeo committees. Emphasis on digital and social.
Work simultaneously on multiple projects while adhering to all deadlines.
Understand the design and printing process to package final artwork to distribute to print and media vendors.
Demonstrate ability to serve as a team player. Works closely with the Digital Assets Manager, the Social Media Coordinator and the Media Publications Director to keep internal and external assets updated.
Demonstrate proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Microsoft Office 365 software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Access databases).
Work closely with the Sr. Sponsorship Accounts Manager to support and organize sponsor brands and help drive sponsor brand positioning to deliver on contractual obligations. Reviews merchandising efforts for brand consistency and usage.
Experience in developing, maintaining, and administering branding standards and guidelines.
