Responsible for the development, implementation, budgeting, and evaluation of a comprehensive co-curricular plan to encourage student growth, development and success
Communicate and collaborate with various internal departments and Student Government Association to assess and respond to student needs
Plan, coordinate and lead all student activities and programs including New Student Orientation, Homecoming, guest speakers, student leadership opportunities, and educational, social, cultural and community service programming (will include some evenings and weekends)
Provide leadership and oversight of the behavioral intervention system and student disciplinary program
Develop and implement policies that provide a safe environment for students and employees pertaining to student life, including areas such as Student Code of Conduct, Residential Life, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Title IX reports, etc.
Serve as the Title IX Coordinator and member of the Behavioral Assessment Team
Assist students with obtaining medical and/or counseling services
Provide direction and supervision of all aspects of campus housing and residential life
Responsible for the development and management of Student Services budgets
Other duties as assigned
