About the job
Responsible for developing and growing the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association’s membership by implementing a plan to attract, engage, and retain individual and institutional members.
Works with the chief executive officer/executive director and membership committees to serve existing members and recruit new members with marketing campaigns, conference and seminar attendance, and member communications.
Processes membership applications and dues payments through membership database.
Identifies and recruits potential members.
Researches and provides reports regarding membership as needed to leadership and staff.
Serves as registration manager at CME seminars and convention.
Maintains the integrity of the membership database through accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinates membership renewal activities and communications.
Serves as editor and graphic designer of the association’s quarterly publication, the Oklahoma DO, the annual directory, and annual convention program.
Works with contributors, collects content, writes and edits copy for the Oklahoma DO.
Coordinates the printing and distribution of publications and marketing materials.
