The Digital Marketing Manager is a Manager level position that will focus on developing, maintaining and executing a digital marketing strategy based on an integrated marketing, customer-centric, omni-channel approach. This role will work with internal partners as well as external vendors to drive sales and brand awareness for digital channels such as SEO, SEM, mobile, social media, email, and affiliate marketing. This position reports to the VP of Marketing. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will leverage new ideas and drive innovation bringing a competitive advantage for all stores. The successful candidate must maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement of the customer experience.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values

  • Serve as a strategic partner and key support resource to the company

  • Plan, maintain, and execute the digital marketing calendar through promotional, email, and social media initiatives

  • Develop strategic plans for digital marketing to drive sales across digital channels, increase brand awareness and customer engagement

  • Collaborate with internal partners (E-Commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, IT, etc.) and external vendors to develop, execute and analyze successful omni-channel strategies and campaigns

  • Manager and optimize SEO and SEM programs

  • Drive reporting and analytics measuring the performance of digital marketing content. Ensure sale goals are met, identify key opportunities, and recommend improvements

  • Manage campaign-oriented activities and continuously track progress to ensure timely goals
