About the Job:
We are seeking an individual with a passion for creative design to serve as a Digital Designer at Precision Planting. In this role, you’ll get to showcase your expertise in creating digital assets for our digital communication needs. This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and will work closely with the entire digital marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Create digital assets for a variety of uses like email templates, social media graphics, display advertising, brand campaigns, blog articles, event registration sites, websites, video graphics, digital signage, etc.
Design platform-specific content and sizes for digital and social platforms
Be a visual storyteller by creating designs that will be native to digital and social platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards
Take ideas from concept to execution, working with project managers, design colleagues, and content experts to deliver an effective user experience
Occasionally help team members with design projects outside of digital scope
Provide art direction for photographers, agencies, and vendors as needed
Be a champion for brand guidelines, specifically maintaining a clear and consistent brand style per platform/medium with all designs
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of of experience producing custom digital content; accustomed to the speed of daily design production for the internet
Established ability to create and produce compelling stories; generate and execute ideas, from concept to execution
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphics production tools including Canva for Teams
Strong understanding of how current digital marketing channels function
Solid project management skills – will need to to juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes
Preferred Qualifications:
A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage & coordinate projects with others
Have a keen eye for detail and highly creative
Proven expert storytelling skills through digital design
Crop production agricultural background is desired, but not required
