Design and Social Media Intern - Boles Marketing Co.

Boles Marketing Co. is a full-service marketing firm specializing in the agriculture industry. We are looking for a hard-working individual interested in working in a small business setting to join us for the summer. Attention to detail, willingness to learn and a positive attitude is a must for this position.


This is a paid position with the option to work remotely 80% of the time. Some travel to events may be required and weekly zoom and/or in-person team meetings will be required . Pay will be based upon skill and we will work with your university if you are working towards university credit hours with this internship. Ideally, we would like you to have completed your Freshman year in college or higher to apply but we will consider Freshmen if the necessary skills are present.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Executing and designing logos, banners, printed materials, etc.

  • Website updates and maintenance

  • Product photography

  • Managing social media accounts and campaigns

Qualifications and Skills

  • Understanding of the Adobe Software; specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Social Media management; specifically Facebook and Instagram

  • Basic understanding of photography and videography

  • Ability to communicate with customers via voice calls

  • Willing to be flexible and work on multiple projects at once


  • Practical experience working directly within the agriculture and marketing industry

  • Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with our team

  • Primarily REMOTE internship with occasional travel and meetings

  • Paid internship
