Creative Manager – OSU Agricultural Communications Services

Manage strategies for branding, creative and graphic design. Develop campaigns with respect to creative/graphic design elements as well as overall audience strategy. Oversee governance, standards and training for unified branding. As part of the Agricultural Communications Services unit, this individual will work closely with the executive leadership team and staff of the unit to promote and highlight the Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources within the OSU community, the state, region and country. This is a highly visible, public-facing position. Join a team of experienced professionals committed to elevating agricultural and natural resources programs and services at OSU. We deliver all aspects of integrated communications and marketing: digital, web and social media, branding and campaigns, television shows and educational videos, news and feature stories, photography, graphic design and publications. We serve as the news, information and marketing team for OSU Extension, OSU Ag Research and OSU's College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources.

This is an exempt position (exempt from overtime pay/ comp time accrual). Regular office hours are 8:00 - 12:00 and 1:00 - 5:00. According to OSU policy, a 40-hour workweek is considered minimal for exempt staff and you are expected to work hours in excess of 40 hours per week when the workload requires additional hours (to include some early mornings, evenings and/or weekends).
