The Communications Coordinator for Transition and Retention supports the University's Enrollment Management goals through development of communication, marketing and outreach efforts for the Office of First Year Success, which includes new student orientation and enrollment. The coordinator assists in development and implementation of outreach programs, including direct mail, email, web, and social media; manages all FYS communications projects and deadlines in a cross campus collaborative environment; writes copy for publications; creates presentations; works within the Undergraduate Admissions recruitment database to track and measure communication outreach efforts. The coordinator tracks and maintain office publication inventory. Must be able to lift up to 45lb (publication materials). Seasonal evening and weekend work required seasonally to meet the orientation and welcome needs of students and their families.
