Communications Manager – Field to Market

The Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture seeks a Communications Manager to drive both strategic external and member-facing marketing and communications. In this role, the Communications Manager will continue to build upon and enhance Field to Market's reputation as the voice of the agriculture value chain. Field to Market is a 501(c)(3) organization that brings together a diverse alliance of grower groups, agribusiness companies, food, fiber, restaurant and retail companies, conservation groups, universities and agency partners to focus on promoting, defining and measuring the sustainability of row crops for food, feed, fiber and fuel production.


The position is responsible for an array of communications and storytelling responsibilities, including leading press engagement, supporting Field to Market member events and conferences, writing external and member-facing announcements and materials, and crafting engaging sustainability profiles of farmers and members. The position requires travel (6-8 times per year) to represent and present on behalf of Field to Market at industry events.
