The Senior Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and overseeing communication projects containing pertinent information. This role is responsible for providing, creating, writing and coordinating exceptional communication strategies for various assignments, including but not limited to, department emails, digital signage materials, announcement emails, intranet messaging, client and corporate newsletters. This individual seeks to work across departments to improve communication strategies and consistently use the corporate style in order to promote the professional image of the company and its culture, and keep employees and client informed, engaged and motivated. This individual will explain, in detail and simple language, events and information happening at Paycom. The goal is to help increase employee and client engagement and keep them in the know about events, changes and company initiatives.
