To plan and administer the duties of communication, marketing and industry awareness through project support, community relations and execution of the objectives to internal and external stakeholders to secure favorable publicity for OACC and ag cooperatives in Oklahoma. To plan and administer the duties of education and recruitment for the OACC so our member cooperative partners can meet their continuing education and employee development objectives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Plans, maintains, oversees and executes marketing/advertising campaigns, all social media, website content, marketing requests/orders and other material for internal and external use.
Works with other OACC employees to coordinate OACC’s events through the planning, implementation, and execution phases with all stakeholders;
Responsible for developing and enhancing marketing collateral and delivers engaging communication for OACC’s programs/initiatives in a variety of internal and external sources including website, newsletter articles, annual report, brochures, web banners and posters, etc.
Monitors strategic communication projects from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules.
Creates engaging messages for social media focused on OACC’s mission “To Enhance the understanding of cooperatives and advance their development”.
Collects and analyzes web traffic and social media data to develop new ways to attract, engage, and collaborate with internal partners and strengthen outreach.
