Agriculture Portfolio Account Manager – Osborn Barr|Paramore

The ideal Account Manager candidate will understand all agency services, including traditional, digital, direct, and experiential marketing. The OBP account manager will be a solutions seeker and problem solver, anticipating needs before they arise and creating a plan to address them. The successful candidate will be a dynamic team player, providing initiative, counsel, and support to any projects as they arise.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead assigned campaign components and efforts from strategy to production to measurement.

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support creative solutions.

  • Build strong client and team relationships that strengthen the agency’s positioning and offerings on accounts.

  • Maximize budgets.

  • Embody the “team first” spirit to demonstrate maximum business impact.

  • Represent and embody the great work across the agency, with clients and potential clients, and in the communities in which OBP works, lives, and plays.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of advertising or marketing agency experience.

  • Proven experience with a history of collaboration.

  • Experience with website and digital development.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

  • The desire to thrive and win.
