The American Angus Association is seeking candidates for a qualified Advertising Account Coordinator. In this position, you will manage customer accounts and act as a link between those accounts and our production and sales activities. You will be the key contact of your assigned clients and responsible for the creation and delivery of advertising products through various sources of print media, while working with both internal and external resources to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Your work will be essential to grow sales and preserve customer satisfaction through listening to preferences and addressing them with fruitful advice and services. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with a customer orientated approach. The goal is to ensure the continuous development and growth of our business activities and establish Angus Media as a leader in the industry. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales via outbound calls and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.
Learning about the clients’ industry and business activities to suggest more personalized advertising solutions.
Collaborating on promotional advertising material that suits the account and clients’ goals.
Undertake administrative work and keep records of clients’ accounts.
Collaborate with advertising team/sale managers/breeders to implement creative campaigns or other projects according to the standards discussed with clients.
Connect with potential customers and assist with their advertising needs.
Assist in creating an ad campaign that complements the breeder’s mission based on information provided or gathered (breeder’s social media, web site, etc.).
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches and establish best practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
