Manhattan, KS • Full-Time • Bachelor's Degree Required The Account Coordinator (AC) is a dynamic role that will be an integral part of the operations of LivestockDirect, including a growing graphic design focus. Reporting to the Account Manager, the AC will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of client projects. The AC will also work to manage and grow the graphic design branch of the company, increasing sales and customer retention.
The right candidate will be a self-starter that is comfortable with client communication, tight deadlines and a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
Aiding in the creation of marketing strategy, leveraging first and third-party vendors
Generating reports for search campaigns on a weekly and ad hoc basis
Support sales and marketing teams through generating recap reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis leveraging PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to work and prioritize within timelines and effectively communicate in both the verbal and written form
Attending client meetings to discuss results and next steps
Effectively communicate information, ideas, and needs to marketing strategist and suppliers
Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and resources essential for the completion of the projects
Examine and verify all artwork files are set up properly prior to production
Confer with suppliers to identify and resolves problems regarding past or present projects
Use all methods of communication to ensure the project is delivered on time
Provide clear direction and timelines to ensure timely delivery of necessary information
Work to provide clients with seamless, user-friendly solutions and projects
Pivot between projects and clients daily
Help to build out the newly formed design branch of the company, managing contractors and customer projects
Serve as the main point person between design and customers, using clear communication and scheduling techniques
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required
6 months - 1-year experience highly preferable
Work experience in print and digital advertising favored
Strong critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to handle a multi-faceted task list
High energy and a positive attitude with a teamwork mentality
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically with Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
